Getting All Dressed Up with That Craft Place

It's time for a new challenge over at the 'That Craft Place Challenge Blog' and this time we are lucky enough to be sponsored by the wonderful All Dressed Up Stamps

Here's my card;
I used the beautiful 'Love to Dance' image, coloured with Alcohol Markers.
I used Core'dinations cardstock along with some First Editions's Patterned Paper. I used some satin ribbon to create my pleated fringe for the bottom of the card. I then added some gold leaves and pretty flower flatbacks from That Craft Place, along with a few mini buttons and pearls. To finish my card I drew a heart on an offcut of Core'dinations cardstock, then cut it out, punched some holes in it to echo the pattern on the heart in the image, before matting onto some pink Core'dinations cardstock.

That's all from me for today, Don't forget to hop over to the 'That Craft Place Challenge Blog' to check out the rest of the Design Teams awesome creations.

Keep Calm and Party on with The Stamping Chef and DICC

Good Day, It's time for a new challenge over at the Desert Islands Crafts Challenge blog, and this time we are sponsored by the fun and quirkiness that is The Stamping Chef.

Here's our Itinerary;
1.  Lots of pink
2.  Sugar skulls
3.  Suckers or sweets (lollipops or candy)
4.  Hearts
5.  Add a feather or wings
6.  Pearls or gemstones
7.  Add a banner or bunting
8.  Stitching (real or faux)
9.  Anything but a card
10.  Spritzes or sprays

and here's my creation;
For my card I used the awesome 'Zombified' image from The Stamping Chef.  My image is coloured with a mix of Letraset Tria and Promarkers, with the addition of a little Graph'It Shake It pen in White.  All my faux stitching was added using a Pigma Micron Pen.  The sentiment is from Whimsy Stamps, not sure where the papers were from , as they were a gift from my mum.

Remember to play along with our challenge all you have to do is use 3 or more items from our Itinerary, it's that easy, and we don't mind if you enter your project into other challenges too.  So why not enter your creation into The Craft Place's current Anything Goes Challenge, to be in with a chance of winning even more goodies.

Thanks for visiting with me today
