Our Challenge theme is Polka Dots, lets see how dotty you can go!!
Here's my ATC;
I used the gorgeous Emo Joy image for my ATC. I teamed her up with some dotty papers from Kasiercraft's Tigerlilly Paper Pad, some dark grey polka dot ribbon, and some Tim Holtz Label Letters.
Now if this ATC doesn't make you smile, then I don't know what will!
